For Immediate Release

TORONTO, June 26, 2017 — Allin Interactive announced today at the HITEC conference in Toronto that it has integrated its DigiPublic™ digital signage platform with BrightSign Series 3 players, which expands DigiPublic availability to any public display television.  This integration is being demonstrated to the hotel and resort industry for the first time at the HITEC conference in the Allin Interactive booth #319 during exhibition hours from June 27-29.

“The DigiPublic signage solution, managed by Allin’s browser-based DigiManager™ content management portal, is also integrated with selected LG and Samsung display products, which do not require an external player,” stated John Troutwine, SVP of Business Development at Allin Interactive.  However, for properties and cruise ships that already have public displays in place or wish to use another brand of display, integration with an external player is required, and BrightSign Series 3 players were the perfect fit in terms of processing power, features, flexibility, and price.”

BrightSign XD players deliver superior technology for advanced applications such as Allin DigiPublic, including a powerful 4K video decoding engine that supports all the technology standards required for the 4K ecosystem.  All models include Gigabit Ethernet and offer a hardware-accelerated HTML5 engine with advanced performance.  The BrightSign XD233 model is used for all non-interactive displays, and the XD1033 with added serial and dual USB 2.0 (type A and C) is used for interactive touchscreen and kiosk displays.

“We are very pleased to have been chosen by Allin Interactive as its signage player partner for the DigiPublic platform,” said Ann Holland, Vice President of Marketing at BrightSign.  “As a result, the DigiPublic solution can now be distributed to any public display which creates many new opportunities for adoption of Allin’s interactive services.”
